I love this, Lynn. It gives me nostalgia of those good ol' days of growing up on a farm. :) There certainly are a lot of spiritual lessons, aren't there? Thank you also for your refreshing photos. Love and blessings to you!

Oh, the spiritual lessons are endless. I keep having to reign myself in from going off on another theme whenever I am writing about the farm life! Blessings back to you, Trudy!

A beautiful truth, Lynn, "Like a seed, God's Word also contains all we need to grow and transform." I have herbs and a few vegetables; vinca's and rosemary by a little water fountain. Beautiful pictures of British Columbia!

Water fountains are a beautiful feature to have in our garden's. And I imagine the rosemary smells wonderful, Lisa! What do you generally use the rosemary for? I'm still learning how to use herbs beyond the basics such as salad dressings!

I use rosemary on chicken. Recently, I have begun "sheet pan" baking, sprinkling rosemary and basil over sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.

I've been planting herbs and cool weather vegetables, as it's been a wet, cold spring here in Illinois. But a few days ago we scattered the first zinnia & marigold seeds. It always feels like a miracle to see those new sprouts! Thanks for your encouraging words and beautiful photos!

Oh, marigolds are so pretty, Bettie. And they remind me of my mother, as she always planted lots of marigolds in our flower gardens. And zinnia's are so colourful! What colours are your favourites? Our spring has been up and down in temperature, but that is very typical. Sometimes we even have snow in June! But hopefully no frost -- for either of us!

Here in Saskatchewan, I love having the opportunity to watch progress in the fields from seeding through harvest. It’s emotional for me, and deeply reflective of the sacredness of everything.

"...deeply reflective of the sacredness of everything." I love that! That is so true of all of nature, isn't it, Linda?
