Rejoicing with you in your daily trek to the creek, the beautiful farm, learning healthy ways, and continuing to grow wholeheartedly. Beautiful, Lynn!

How fun to get a peek at what you're reading, Lynn!

"What are you reading?" is one of my favourite questions I like asking others! We can't read everything, but we can glean tidbits about many books when we share our readings with each other.

Thank you for mentioning my post, Lynn. I'm curious if ticks are an issue where you live. They awful here in Saskatchewan right now. I've lost count of how many my husband has brought in.

Oh gosh! Is there a way to protect yourself from the area ticks? I haven't experienced any yet this year. Last year, the small dog did have ticks, but it was the first time my husband had ever seen them since moving to the area 5 years ago. I do wonder sometimes why God created certain bugs...:)

Ha! I’ve asked the same question about why God created ticks. We bought some spray on the recommendation of a friend so hope it helps. We had ticks in B.C. too, but they were nothing like they are here in Saskatchewan.

My husband grew up in south SK on a farm, and he whole-heartedly agrees with you! The number of ticks in Alberta is nothing like the amount of ticks in SK.

Love this Lynn! Get the order right, God created first!! Oh, and I must look up the book about LM Montgomery. Her books are some of my favorites.

L. M. Montgomery's journals are so interesting! Her mother died when she was 21 months old, and then she lived with her maternal grandparents in PEI while her father moved west and remarried. The journals give a vivid picture of life overall in late 1800's to early 1900's. You see the influence that her upbringing and living in PEI had on her writing. Her life wasn't an easy one especially when her minister husband began suffering from depression and nervous breakdowns. Anyways, it is so intriguing how she chronicled her life from the time she was 14, and allowed her oldest son to publish them after her death (when he felt ready). Always nice to meet another "Anne" fan! :)
